SEAFOOD: ASPARAGUS AND PRAWN STIR-FRY WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Seafood: Asparagus and prawn stir-fry with oyster sauce

1 bunch of asparagus
Vegetable oil
250g (8oz) peeled cooked prawns
Ground black pepper
Oyster sauce, to drizzle
1. Slice each spear of a bunch of asparagus lengthways. Stir-fry in a little vegetable oil over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until coloured and tender.
2. Add 250g (8oz) peeled cooked prawns and stir-fry until heated through.
3. Season with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with a little oyster sauce.
