1 salmon fillet
Mayonnaise
Capers, chopped
Wholegrain mustard
Slice of lemon
1. Cut a raw salmon fillet into ½cm (¼in) cubes, or pulse in a food processor
2. Combine some good-quality mayonnaise with chopped capers and a little wholegrain mustard, then stir it through the chopped salmon
3. Season, then serve with a wedge of lemon
