2 bananas
4 kiwis
3 handfuls fresh strawberries
200g (6½oz) white chocolate
1l (32fl oz) vanilla ice cream
1. Peel and slice all the fruit and divide it between 4 sheets of tin foil.
2. Chop the chocolate and crumble it over the fruit.
3. Fold the foil into packets and put them on the barbecue for 5-10 minutes, depending on the heat.
4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
